It seems that there really is a valid reason for Modern Family star Ariel Winter to stay with her sister at the moment. A judge ordered that Ariel stay under the guardianship of her sister, Shanelle Gray, while their guardianship case is still in progress. This decision was made after a report made by the Department of Children and Family Services was submitted in court. The report stated that the emotional abuse claims made by the actress against her mother, Chrystal Workman, was substantial, though the physical abuse claims were not.
